Hi Faiza, many thanks for sharing the images of your faulty douche with us. We can arrange an engineer to attend however it might be more cost-effective to simply replace. They are not very expensive to purchase brand new and that way we can guarantee a fix on the 1st visit. Otherwise, perhaps you want to buy a new one so that when we attend if it can’t be fixed you have one on hand for us to replace? If its not needed you can return to the suppliers for a refund?
