My name is Derek Ackom, and I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor currently carrying out EPC assessments across London and surrounding areas.
I am writing to express my interest in joining OpenRent as one of your EPC assessors/contractors. I currently provide Domestic EPCs, Commercial EPCs, floor plans, and property compliance services, and I have experience working with landlords, estate agents, and property management companies.
I am accredited and able to offer flexible appointments, including same-day and next-day availability where required. I currently cover North London, East London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and surrounding areas.
I would be grateful if you could please advise on your onboarding process and any requirements needed to become part of your contractor network. I would also be happy to provide any supporting documents or further information required.
