Integrated dishwasher installation

I would like to request a quote for the installation of an integrated dishwasher and the removal (not disposal) of the faulty one, brand IKEA.

Would you be so kind to provide an itemised estimate for the job and confirm your availability starting from 10th November.

In order for the cost to be reimboursed Ikea require the following information.
1. VAT-registered companies, or valid UTR number

2. Invoice Requirements:
The document must clearly display the word “Invoice”
It must be in a non-amendable format (e.g., PDF)
It must state the word “Paid”
A unique reference number
The company name, address, and contact information (verified via HMRC Companies House)
The customer’s name and address
A clear description of the work, itemised with costs
The date the service was provided
The invoice date
The amount(s) charged
The VAT amount and VAT registration number
The total amount paid
The company registration number or UTR number
The registered office address of the company
