Our landlord and home buyers pack includes as standard a Gas Safety Certificate & Electrical Installation Condition Report (i.e. the reports that are legally required for landlords in the UK).

In addition you can add at discounted rated the following additional reports

  • Central Heating Boiler Maintenance Check List
  • Pluming Condition Report
  • PAT test
  • Legionella Risk Assessment
