Request for quotation to install a drawer cupboard in my flat

Dear Mr,Mrs, I would like to change an unused space in my kitchen that contained a former hot water tank. The water tank is now removed and I would like to convert that space into a drawer or shelf with a door in the kitchen. That space is enclosed by a plywood board on the left side with a door on the left, load bearing masonry on the back of the space and 5cm thick non load bearing concrete block on the front side and right side. I would need to cut through the front partition (keeping a certain width to support 2 pipes fixed onto the wall , then apply some plaster and paint inside of the cupboard, remove the door in the plywood on the left, and fill the void to make the left side stronger. Add some shelfs inside the cupboard, and finally install a cupboard door at the front with magnet system to close the door or equivalent. Could you please give me a quote for the works?
