Thanks for getting in touch. For an investigation visit, we charge £105 + VAT for the first hour on site. During that time we’ll identify the issue and attempt to fix it. If any additional labour or materials are required, we would provide a quote before proceeding.

If you already know the source of the leak, you’re welcome to send a few photos or a short video of the flexi pipe connection. We can review it with our engineer and may be able to provide a free quote from the images, then arrange a date to carry out the works if you’re happy to proceed.
